Ferry Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the guest wishes to cancel after receiving tickets:

  • For Nautika, cancellation fees are as follows: INR 250 (Documentation Fees Per Ticket No.) 48 hours before to sailing; 50% of ticket price between 48 and 24 hours prior to sailing; and no refund within 24 hours of departure.
  • Within 48 hours of the sailing, Makruzz cancellation fees are INR 250, between 48 and 24 hours before the sailing, 50% of the ticket price, and within 24 hours of the sailing, there is no refund.
  • To cover cancellation fees for Green Ocean Documentation fees per ticket number will be charged INR 250 48 hours before to the sailing, 50% of the ticket price will be paid between 48 and 24 hours prior to departure, and no refunds will be given within 24 hours of departure.
  • For Sealink, cancellation fees are as follows: INR 250 (Documentation Fees Per Ticket No.) 48 hours before to sailing; 50% of ticket price between 48 and 24 hours prior to sailing; and no refund within 24 hours of departure.
  • For HSC Aashi, cancellation fees are as follows: INR 250 (Documentation Fees Per Ticket No.) 48 hours before to sailing; 50% of ticket price between 48 and 24 hours prior to sailing; and no refund within 24 hours of departure.
  • INR 250 (Documentation Charges Per Ticket No.) will be charged for ITT Majestic cancellations made 48 hours prior to sailing, 50% of the ticket price will be charged between 48 and 24 hours prior to departure, and no refund will be given within 24 hours of departure.

Rescheduling or Changes by the Guest:

  • A fee of Rs. 200 will be charged for any changes made to the ticket 48 hours prior to sailing, including but not limited to rescheduling and upgrading, 50% of the ticket price will be charged between 48 and 24 hours prior to departure, and the full amount will be charged within 24 hours of departure.

In case of cancellation of the sailing program due to bad weather, any technical reason, or anything not under the ferry operator’s control: The passengers will be eligible for a full refund or future bookings using the same amount paid.

Important Information:

  • Tickets for Deluxe and Royal Class issued after 1800Hrs for departure the next day are not eligible for the onboard snack box.
  • If a ticket in the Premium class is cancelled after 1800 hours for a departure the following day, paid snacks are not refundable.
  • For any valid cause, ferry operators maintain the right to amend or cancel the sailing schedule.

Please Note: Please take note that the token amount paid will be regarded as a cancellation charge and will not be reimbursed if you cancel before the final payment is received. If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment of method within 7-9 business days.
